Discover Mount Street Summer: Exclusive London Experiences in the Capital’s Most Prestigious Street

May 28, 2025

In the heart of London’s elegant Mayfair, Mount Street is transforming this summer into an unrivalled destination for lovers of fashion, art, and fine taste, as it hosts the very first community-led festival of its kind for 2025: Mount Street Summer.

From June 12 to 14, this iconic street welcomes visitors with exclusive outdoor experiences that capture the essence of the British summer — a unique blend of refinement and enjoyment. With curated cultural activations, newly designed public seating areas, and open-air celebrations, the festival creates a warm, communal atmosphere that perfectly complements Mount Street’s timeless elegance and luxury.

Mount Street: Where Fashion and Art Converge

Mount Street is home to both British and global talent and is considered one of the world’s most iconic shopping streets — where fashion meets art. Extending across South Audley Street and Carlos Place, the neighbourhood hosts a thoughtfully curated selection of names from the worlds of fashion, beauty, fine dining, and hospitality.

The district boasts an exceptional mix of brands, from Farm Shop, The Row, and The Connaught, to Scott’s, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Simone Rocha, The Audley Public House, and Jessica McCormack. With the arrival of new global names choosing Mount Street for their European debut, the neighbourhood continues to build on its legacy as London’s most distinct luxury destination.

Elevated Culinary Moments & Celebratory Spirit

Among the festival’s highlights is Mount Street’s collaboration with Ladurée, serving soft-serve ice cream adorned with bespoke macarons. Visitors can also enjoy limited-edition matcha flavours and wellness drinks from Tease, as well as a refreshing ice cream cart from The Connaught offering chilled delights right outside the hotel.

Farm Shop presents two exclusive ice cream flavours crafted at its own Somerset farm, while Marchesi hosts a traditional Milanese aperitivo evening — bringing a touch of Italian sophistication to the heart of London.

A Fresh Take on Afternoon Tea

Celebrating the time-honoured British ritual, Mount Street offers a refined yet playful twist on afternoon tea. From classic settings at Jean-Georges to seasonal treats from The Connaught Patisserie, Farm Shop, Marchesi, and Hideaway, guests can explore a range of flavours tailored to the season. To guide visitors through this journey, Mount Street has introduced beautifully illustrated “Passports” in collaboration with artist Saint Maria — offering an artistic map to each exclusive tea experience.

From Wimbledon to Contemporary Art

In July, The Audley Public House will join the festivities with live screenings of Wimbledon matches. Guests can enjoy the excitement alongside strawberries and cream and a seasonal selection of Pimm’s and Wimbledon martinis.

Art takes centre stage during the festival, too. Hamiltons Gallery will present a dedicated exhibition honouring American designer Isaac Mizrahi, alongside a screening of his iconic fashion documentary Unzipped. At Lindsay Ingram Gallery, visitors can explore Lucy Sparrow’s playful, hand-felted installation recreating a traditional British fish and chip shop. Meanwhile, Phillips Auction House will host a major sale featuring works of modern and contemporary art.

Mount Street: Where Elegance Meets Community Spirit

Mount Street Summer is more than a festival — it’s an invitation to experience the very best of London through a street that blends heritage with innovation, sophistication with simplicity, and the spirit of summer with a strong sense of place. Whether you're passionate about fashion, cuisine, or the arts, a stroll down Mount Street this season promises to create unforgettable memories in the vibrant rhythm of London’s summer.
