Fendi Spring/Summer 2026… Where Magic Lies in the Details

Sep 28, 2025

Fendi doesn’t simply stage a fashion show, it creates an entire world for us to step into.

For Spring/Summer 2026, the house conjured a vision of a future summer, not the cold, distant one we often imagine, but a warm season infused with both fantasy and nostalgia.

Every piece seemed to embody this beautiful contradiction, romantic elegance intertwined with everyday simplicity, with the true complexity revealed only in the smallest details.

What struck me most was the way colors were orchestrated like musical notes. Yellow, turquoise, crimson, pink, and coral weren't just decorative choices, they acted as a kind of visual therapy, reviving the joy of summer. The garments flowed lightly, sometimes sculpting the body, sometimes setting it free, shifting between transparency and shine, fluidity and structure.

Both the men's and women's collections spoke in one voice, a harmonious dialogue that reminded us that gender identity is no longer a boundary in design. The floral motifs also stood out, breaking away from conventional decorative patterns and adding a playful, witty spirit often absent from high fashion.

The accessories told a story of their own. The Spy Bag returned, reimagined with masterful craftsmanship, while the Peekaboo appeared in versions adorned with transparent beading or woven leather baskets, proof that Fendi knows how to revive its icons without losing their original magic. Even the shoes and jewelry carried that clever balance of seriousness and play, of luxury and fun.

Beyond the garments, the soundtrack elevated the entire experience. Blending Italian opera, classic cinematic sounds, and contemporary electronic beats, the music added a cinematic aura, making the show feel like a hazy scene from the streets of Rome.

In essence, what Fendi presented this season was more than just summer clothing. It was a poetic vision of a life filled with movement, freedom, and beauty, a reminder that true elegance often lies in the details we least expect.
