Okhtein Unveils The Circle at Almaza Bay: A Three-Day Celebration of Craft, Culture, and Community

Aug 11, 2025

Okhtein introduces The Circle, its Summer 2025 collection inspired by the soulful architecture, natural elements, and quiet power of Siwa. In partnership with the newly opened Sakhra Hotel & Spa, the brand is currently celebrating the launch through an intimate three-day experience in Almaza Bay, one of the region’s most vibrant and talked-about summer destinations.

This location was chosen for its authentic Siwa-inspired architecture, creating an atmosphere that reflects the essence of the collection — from the golden hues of palm trees to the shimmering salt lakes and the oasis’s distinctive natural details.

The experience brings together a powerful lineup of Regional and International talents including Amina Khalil, Diana Samman, Miriam Abadi, Yusur Al Khalidi, Maram Zbeida, Maram Douzi, and Sherein Boni. Many are joining Okhtein in Egypt for the very first time.

Rooted in the themes behind the collection — community, presence, and connection to nature — the experience unfolds through two immersive chapters: the Soul Circle and the Culinary Circle, each designed to awaken the senses and reflect the spirit of Siwa.

The Soul Circle, curated with Sakhra Hotel & Spa, offers grounding rituals including sound healing, signature spa treatments, and slow moments by the Mediterranean coast. It invites guests to reconnect, breathe, and be present.

The Culinary Circle, led by London-based Egyptian creative Marie, reimagines the dining experience as a sensory journey. Each dish is inspired by Siwa and elevated through aroma, texture, and sound therapy, creating a deeper connection between food, memory, and place.

This ongoing celebration brings to life the philosophy behind The Circle — honoring craftsmanship, culture, and the beauty of shared experience. Through its partnership with Sakhra Hotel & Spa, Okhtein invites its community not only to discover the collection, but to fully experience the values that shape it.
